Sudha started the business in 2013, following her daughter’s stroke and having had care staff in to assist her daughter with care needs, the experience was of low level which got Sudha thinking and she decided on setting up her own care company to ensure those receiving care would experience a good quality service. Sudha has set out to ensure all her customers receive the highest quality care of which she believes is a basic that anyone receiving care should receive and which Sudha is very passionate about.

Tracy is a very experienced and qualified manager who has been in the care industry since 1991 and management since 1996, working her way up through the roles. Tracy brings a wealth of knowledge which she uses in her role every day. She shares our vision on providing the highest quality care of which she is very passionate on delivering. Tracy has achieved her Registered Manager’s Award and her Level 4 in health and social care.

Rebecca has worked in the care industry since 2014, she started out as a care worker, working her way up to her current role of care co-ordinator. Rebecca has completed her NVQ level 3 in health and social care, Rebecca shares our values and vison in providing a high quality service.
